At the moment I'm printing homework that took me a full weekend to finish (nine pages of french grammer egtbe;ktbeatb;aetb;ketbe *_* not to mention the other page of speech internal) and I've had coffee with baileys which was very nice^^
Anyway.
Hurry up and come back Fi... and what's this about holiday work >_>? Ever heard of being a bum?
Bugger I forgot to print page nine.
I have a million sewing projects going on at the moment, and by a million I mean four. Me and Nicole should sew together. Hm. I fossicked (<- great word) through my aunties shocking old patterns and found some really cool old skirt patterns (and some really lolita looking little girls dresses which had me drooling, they're gorgeous.)
As you can see I'm all over the place at the moment. I've also got that twitchy eye thing again! :D

Spacesuit had an and a hoodie and tartan bag, not that you guys care but it makes me happy.

so next weekend Nicole has no choice but to shop there with me (if you don't I will die from bloodloss - I give you chocolate you give me your soul).

I figured I'm long overdue for a post.
It's been insanely busy for the last couple of weeks since all my internals are being shoved out of the way as fast as possible, and I was attempting speed sewing to get my skirt ready in time for the loli-meet.
It did work out in the end, I have a bit of tweaking to go until it's perfect and I wear it again for the cosplay picnic with Shell. I'm sure she'll want to go since she missed the meet.
Speaking of the meet.
It was a freezing cold day (by my standards anyway) and my camera crapped out but I think it was still lovely to meet all the charming Wellington lolis. I think there was about seven of us?

Wow. This weekend was insane. In a good way of course...
I have so much to say and so... uh... little words? I'm so eloquent sometimes.

I did a marathon effort to finish my skirt and headdress the previous week. I think I had all my fabric on... tuesday and was all done by friday. Then stayed over at kenneth_lis place and then on to the convention!
Which I don't think was as good as last year, BUT was made completely worth it by theeee loli-meet.
And it was highly successful. There were about ten lolitas, all so well dressed too. We had photos taken of us apparently for the paper (probably won't happen, but we'll see) and the news (which didn't happen) and a radio guy O___O who got a highly embarrassing recording of me trying to explain my outfit.
And more photos.
And more (what a confidence boost XD).

As a result I've had a small explosion of inspiration/ideas/motivation for more sewing, I'd love to make a blue dress, and more headdresses. Which shouldn't be too hard seeing as I kept buying the wrong amount of fabric (double everything! stupid pattern -cough- stupid ME).

Next time I'll suggest some little cafes to go to (I'm determined for there to be a next time) there's Simply Paris, the ... something pattiserie, and the chocolate cafes. Those are cute.

I also bought the shoes of my dreams today ^___________^
still on a buzz from that.
Incidentally, I can't go out or spend any money at all for a while XD

School tomorrow, and I'm not really dreading it yet. But I'm sure I will aha.

Marathon effort today, I spent about four hours on my art homework. It's the first thing being assessed for the year, and I'm a loser, and er... perfectionism just took over >>
so I'm dead tired but happy too.
Yesterday I got the loveliest necklace from the fair.
Got accepted on myspace by one of my idols. Blahblahblah.

On another note (I hate it when my entries aren't in order...)
I finally got off my bum and joined DA.
I can't be bothered with setting it up really, and I don't have my camera back so most of my stuff isn't on it (try all).

Learning to Undo a Bra - The Clumsy Man's Guide.

The answer is surprisingly simple.

Some men will argue that you need two hands - thus need you are required to be facing her directly and disguise your move as part of a hug or give up and just stand behind her.

True, these methods work but they lack finesee to my taste. Others will quite bluntly state that it's the woman's responsiblity to remove the bra and I have one mate who totally boycotts the whole exercise (coward).

To my way of thinking, women want to be seduced and seduction requires technique and the abililty to say, "Gosh how did that happen?"

To this end, you need to ability to undo a bra one handed and here's the key to the mission.

USE YOUR LEFT HAND.

Sounds weird but trust me there is a biomechanical and bra design reason for this.

1) Remember that the bra's design uses hooks and eyes as a clasp. The hooks are located on the left hand side of the bra and hence need to moved to to opposite for undoing.

2) Biomechanically, your thumb is oppossed to and naturally moves underneath your fingers.

So, using your left hand, slide your middle finger underneath the bra strap but close to the clasp. Position your thumb on top of bra strap and on the other side of the clasp and then make the motion of rubbing your thumb and finger together.

Try it and PING the clasp will undo.

With some practice, your hand does not even have to be underneath her shirt. These days I can undo a bra over a shirt, sweater and even a winter coat but a word to the wise - undoing your girlfriend's bra while attending a (boring) church wedding WILL get you into trouble. Please use some discretion.

Front buttoned bras are another conundrum that has foiled me many a time. My only suggestion is to do what I do and use your teeth.
